Pre-match Playing Ages:

Age 3-5 Mini's $60.00

Age 5-7 Kindergarten to Grade 1 $60.00

Match Playing Ages (Regular Fee):

Age 7-9 Grade 2-3 $90.00

Age 9-12 Grade 4-6 $90.00

Age 12-14 Grade 7/8 $90.00

Age 15-18 Grade 9-12 $90.00

Adult League $80.00

100% Discount for Team Manager or Coach - applicable to one player, that whose team that parent manages.

Fall Season Practice Times, Dates and Locations:

The Fall Season is an 7 week program beginning (Conditions Permitting) on week of September 11th 2023 and ending week of October 23rd 2023. Match playing age groups will engage in 4 weeks of games from September 23rd 2023 until October 21st 2023 (Weather permitting).

The regional practice schedule is as follows:

Slocan Region - Slocan Expo Field Mondays

Minis (turning 3-K) and Grade K/1 3:30-4:00

Gr 2-3: 4:00-5:00

Gr 4-6: 5:00-6:00

High School (Grade 7/8 and Grade 9-12 Groups): 6:00-7:00

SLOCAN/WINLAW ADULTS - Wednesdays 6-7pm

Cresent Valley Region - Mt. Sentinel Field Tuesdays

Minis (Turning 3-K): 3:00-3:30

K-Gr 1: 3:30-4:00

Gr 2-3: 4:00-5:00

Gr 4-6: 5:00-6:00

High School (Grade 7/8 and 9-12 Groups): 6:00-7:00

Adult League - 5:00-6:00

Burton/Fauquier/Edgewood Region - Burton Community Field/Fauquier Community Field Tuesdays (alternating venue on a weekly basis)

Games for Match Playing Age Groups are on Saturdays starting September 24th, with one Jamboree on October 1st and final match played October 15th 2022.

What forms of Payment do you Take?

Our new Teamsnap Registration system allows us to take Payments by most Credit Cards, Prepaid Credit Cards and Visa Debit.

We will not, barring exceptional circumstances, be accepting Cash, Cheque or E-Transfer Payments from now on - this protects the security of our Regional Managers On-Field.

Can I move my player up or down an age division?

We want our players to be emotionally as well as physically supported. Sometimes this means playing a player up or down an age group. This is done solely at the Club Head Coach's discretion and a player must meet a critera laid out by BC Soccer. These include but are not limited to:

Is the player physically safe to play in a different age group, both for themselves and those around them?

Is the player able to handle playing in another age division emotionally?

Will the player have a major effect on the outcome of games playing in another age group?

All of these considerations must be met before a player moving up or down an age division can be approved.

How do I Register using Jumpstart or Homeschool Funds?

Jumpstart and Homeschool Funding are both Magnificent Financial Aid Programs which we adore and widely accept.

In order to Register as a Jumpstart/Homeschool FundsRecipient, go through Registration as normal. Once you reach the payment screen, pause there. Teamsnap saves your progress.

Submit your Application with Canadian Tire Jumpstart/ your Homeschool provider.

They will send you a Confirmation email once your application is submitted. Screenshot/forward that confirmation to westkootenayfootie@gmail.com.

We will then generate and send you a unique Voucher Code, which you input on the first page of Registration. This code zeroes your balance and allows you to complete Registration.
